Renovation of the Mendel Museum

Dear visitors,

we would like to inform you that the Mendel Museum will be closed until the end of February 2026 due to renovation of the sanitary facilities, as will Café Mendel.

During this period, only tours of the basilica, library, Mendel's room, and the Museum of the Old Brno Abbey will be open to the public, and only by prior reservation. We will be happy to help you organize your visit during the reservation process and provide more information. We are booking tours for dates from January 13 onward.
