The Mendel Museum invites you to the Augustinian abbey in old Brno. It was here that Gregor Johann Mendel conducted his experiments with peas and formulated the groundbreaking laws of heredity and genetics. At the museum, you can learn about his life, his work, and his legacy through exhibitions, lectures, and educational events. Tours are available in English and German as well as in Czech! Please let us know in advance.
